The investigation was launched after Republic CEO Graham Smith submitted a complaint questioning whether the Earthshot Prize had conducted proper due diligence before working with the company. The complaint focused on reports linking DP World’s former chairman and CEO, Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, to material connected to Jeffrey Epstein-related reporting.
